Independent FC Yoga Sessions

We are now proud to announce a series of Yoga sessions which has been designed for everyone to take part and have fun whilst reaping the benefits of this ancient art.

Yoga is part of every top professional footballers daily schedule but is also practiced by all ages and gender around the world.

Yoga Benefits:
Flexibility, Balance,strength, Weight loss, Stress relief, Endurance, Inner peace, Realigning your posture and many more great benefit’s.

Remember all of these sessions are for everyone and we would like everyone to at least experience one session.

These sessions will be taking place at Elmgreen School on Tuesday evenings from 5.45pm to 6.45pm. The cost will only be £5 for one parent/guardian and child.
